We produce every custom order. That is why we would like to explain how the delivery time is calculated, how the shipment is done and what you can expect from our quality control and guarantee.

Why does a 3D print sometimes take longer?
Many people think: printer to → ready. In reality, especially the print time determines how fast we can deliver. A model of 30 grams may last 20 minutes, or 18 hours. That has little to do with the weight alone.

Estimated production time
Usually faster than the declared production time.
In the shopping cart you see a indication. This takes into account your print, material, stock, capacity and current workload. In practice, the actual production time is often rather than what is shown.
We usually send a simple print within 1 to 3 working days after confirming your order. Depending on your delivery address, PostNL can add 1 to 2 days. In total, a small print is often within 2 to 5 working days with you.

Take before ordering contact with us. Often we can show more than the standard planning.
Do you have a deadline shorter than the production + shipping time shown? We'll discuss what's feasible first.

Letterbox
Small prints where possible, send cheaper.
Package
PostNL or sometimes UPS Express, depending on size and urgency.
International
In consultation possible. Ask for options and rates.
Remove
By appointment in Haalderen, during the day or evening.

- In case of higher order amount, shipping costs (partly) may lapse, visible during ordering

Pickup by appointment
You don't have to stay home for a deliveryman. You can pick up by appointment on a working day, day or evening.
Doesn't that fit? Then we can place your order on an agreed day ready at a location accessible day and night (max. 24 hours). An agreement is also required: contact us.
Extra fast delivery
Besides PostNL, we can also use faster options in consultation. No standard choice in checkout, but possible with customization, deadlines or fragile prints.
Courier via Printics
€ 60 per hour (min. 1 hour) + € 0.23 per km excluding vat
External courier
You can bet; Just schedule a takeaway and make sure the paperwork is done properly. This is at your own expense and risk.
Very fragile prints can sometimes be delivered with courier. We'll discuss it by order.
Each print is checked
Before your order is shipped we check the result, even if there is no support in the model.
Each file is also viewed by an employee before production. If we notice anything, we'll report it before we print. With low quality small imperfections are normal; with higher quality the control is stricter. Color changes are usually rejected, unless color is not important to you.
Not every print gets our quality control
When a print does not meet our requirements, we usually produce a new one. Sometimes we send the rejected version free of charge as a test print, handy for material testing or to do something with it.
Guarantee & Return
Customisation: no withdrawal
Prints based on your own 3D model or something we make especially for you are covered by warranty, but not under right of withdrawal. Tailor made especially for you.
Right of withdrawal: own assortment
Products from our own range via printboard. en are covered by our extended warranty and the right of withdrawal according to current consumer rules.
When does guarantee apply?
At bad quality with obvious product defects due to our fault. If the print technically sufficient for the selected settings and model, then warranty does not apply. At FDM not everything is always feasible.
When no guarantee?
Normal FDM features with the chosen quality, design choices in your model, or complaints about orientation that you did not pass on in advance.
Not satisfied?
Contact us. We prefer to find a solution together than to stay stuck with a disappointing product. Since 2013, we have not had a serious complaint that we have not resolved.
